Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

Job Description

The role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing new or improved manufacturing processes to execute innovative, sustainable, and cost-out goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical engineering knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering related experience
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (NX, Solidworks, or similar)
• Proficiency in FEA (Static, Dynamic, Thermal and Fluidic modeling)
• Deep mechanical aptitude including knowledge of various manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Lead low to mid-level advanced manufacturing projects
• Provide direction, guidance, and engineering expertise to team members
• Work with equipment suppliers to deliver custom processing solutions
• Perform various calculations and software-aided analyses
• Drive manufacturing excellence through new processes and methods
