Reliability Engineer

Job Description

The Reliability Engineer at Milwaukee Tool contributes to the life cycle of power tool products by defining test methods and product requirements to ensure durable, disruptive, and market-leading products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
• Analytical problem-solving skills with statistical application
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel 10% (domestic and international)

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable in test methods, product requirements, and reliability
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams
• Design experimental techniques to improve development and testing efforts
• Develop test procedures, create test plans, and perform data analysis
• Ensure timely failure reporting and drive root cause analysis
