Job Description

Senior Manufacturing Engineers position in Greenwood, MS involving supporting production operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, continuous improvement projects, statistical process control, training, documentation, and project leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field with 2 years of relevant manufacturing processes experience as an Engineer or related; OR Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field with 5 years of relevant manufacturing processes experience as an Engineer or related.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production operations through troubleshooting problems and maintenance
• Leading continuous improvement projects to increase productivity
• Conducting statistical process control and presenting solutions to stakeholders
• Leading training to technicians on manufacturing equipment
• Creating and updating operational method sheets and related documentation
• Leading projects to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and automated solutions
• Collaborating with integrators to develop solutions for manufacturing processes
• Analyzing information and data for manufacturing operations
• Completing assigned operations projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
• Participating in Kaizen and project engineering activities within the facility
