Job Description

KLA is seeking a research scientist to analyze IC yield limiting defects, develop algorithmic solutions, and collaborate with product system engineering.

Requirements

Master's Level Degree
Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years related work experience

Responsibilities

Analyze signal and noise characteristics of IC defects
Formulate optical image processing and machine learning algorithms
Validate solutions via simulation and prototyping
Collaborate with product system engineering team
