Diagnostics Software Engineer

Job Description

KLA is seeking a research scientist with experience in CCD and CMOS camera systems for their RAPID division, a global leader in reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Experience with CCD and CMOS camera systems
• Strong understanding of opto-mechanical systems
• Proficiency in image processing and data analysis tools
• Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and optical lab instruments
• Ability to develop software interfaces to test equipment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ideas from prototype to production

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimizing timing-related calibrations and hardware synchronization
• Collaborating on cross-disciplinary software projects
• Reading schematics and design documents for FPGA
• Generating test vectors and validating electronics boards
