Process Development Engineer - Oregon or Washington based.50% Travel Required

Job Description

Field-based position with extensive travel involved in the semiconductor industry focusing on delivering process solutions that meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on semiconductor industry experience
• Knowledge of clean room procedures and analytical instrumentation
• Experience with report writing and progress presentations
• Familiarity with Lean/6-sigma concepts
• Experience dealing with customers and handling difficult situations

Responsibilities

• Understand, deliver, demonstrate, and implement process solutions
• Installation of customer-specific processes and testing compliance
• Improvement in procedures and specifications for quality equipment delivery
• On-site attendance, process development, and update meetings
• Collaboration with internal teams and sales team
• Make presentations for onsite projects, executive reviews, and detailed summaries
• Analysis of complex data, develop familiarity with process modules and capabilities
