Engineering Operations Lead

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Lead for Engineering Operations to drive the delivery and maintenance of secure, reliable, and efficient solutions in a modern Engineering organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT)
• Experience with Cloud platforms including Azure, GCP
• 10+ years managing operational teams in custom software, data, and SaaS environments
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and modern software engineering frameworks

Responsibilities

• Deliver a modern approach to application and data operations
• Champion the move to DevSecOps and SRE practices
• Manage relationships with third parties for operational stability
• Implement governance frameworks for consistency and risk management
