Scientist - Quality Control Lab

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Scientist for their Quality Control Lab, responsible for technical support, project management, assay improvement, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences or related field with a minimum of 3 years of quality and/or laboratory experience or Master of Science degree in biological sciences
• Knowledge in virology, bacteriology, molecular biology, and serology
• Good documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain compliant procedures
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
• Design and oversee laboratory experiments
• Perform required tests on samples
