Job Description

GES NA Operations Engineering is seeking Operations Engineers to tackle systemic engineering challenges in First and Middle Mile Operations at Amazon, collaborating with internal and external teams to innovate cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of experience in industrial, operations, or project engineering in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
• Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions
• Manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing and negotiating with partners
• Communicate effectively and execute technical solutions
