Job Description

The Generator Service Technician role at AWS involves maintaining and repairing electrical generator systems within data center operations to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working on electrical generator systems
• DOT Medical Card
• Qualify and Maintain DOT certification

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests
• Travel to designated sites and perform field service repairs
• Advise Generator Service Manager on necessary repairs
• Document detailed descriptions of repair operations
• Accurately record time, expenses, and mileage
• Lift up to 40 lbs frequently and wear Personal Protective Equipment
