Job Description

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Engineering Operations Technician to work in the world's largest cloud computing portfolio and help maintain and operate critical infrastructure systems in sophisticated data centers.

Requirements

• Technical training or 2+ years of electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office products
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor and record information from critical infrastructure systems
• Assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Performing preventative maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Monitoring work requests, managing resolution, and executing projects
• Supporting contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors on-site
• Working in shifts up to 12 hours, including on-call rotations
• Supporting more than one location/site
