Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Technical (Military/Trade School) training or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience in a mission-critical infrastructure or equivalent industry
• 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor and record information from critical equipment
• Assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Performing rack installs and decommissioning within SLA
• Conducting PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Monitoring work requests, managing to resolution, and executing projects
• Providing on-site support for contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
