Job Description

Join Amazon as an Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) in their Data Center Engineering Operations team to maintain and operate critical infrastructure systems in sophisticated data centers around the globe.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience, or relevant industry experience
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building rounds to monitor and record information from critical equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Perform rack installs, decommissioning, and maintenance
• Conduct technical writing to support change management program
• Monitor work requests, manage projects, and execute tasks from start to finish
• Provide on-site support for contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Adapt to varying work schedules and locations
