Sr. Hardware Development Engineer/Signal Integrity, AWS Board Core Design and Services Team

Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking talented individuals to join the Board Core Design & Services team responsible for designing and developing next-generation server components.

Requirements

• BS Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in embedded ARM, FPGA, and CPLD applications
• Strong proficiency in PCB design tools with detailed PCB review capability
• Experience in high-speed interface design and signal integrity analysis
• Experience in board root cause analysis and resolution for signal integrity issues
• Experience with various interfaces like flash, I2C, SPI, UART, and ethernet

Responsibilities

• Own next-generation server components focusing on digital circuit board design and signal integrity
• Architect and develop high-speed, complex PCB designs for server components
• Interact with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, validate, and launch at scale
