Job Description

Principal Enterprise Architects role at AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) focusing on driving revenue and growth through complex commercial pursuits.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and implementing technical infrastructure and services, or consulting experience
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures for Fortune 1000 companies
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
• Broad-based technology experience in various areas including cloud computing, applications development, DevOps, IoT, etc.
• Experience in driving and successfully closing large complex deals in a highly matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Work with senior customer leaders to build a common vision and architecture based on the transformation strategy
• Define end-to-end holistic outcome-based solutions in collaboration with various teams
• Serve as the AWS executive technical sponsor for the strategic transformation initiative
• Create board-ready presentations articulating the transformation strategy and value case
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership teams and Field Sales organization
• Engage with system integrators, ISVs, and partners to provide oversight
