Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in developing requirements and system architectures for perception systems
• Strong background in computer vision, sensor fusion, or machine learning applications
• Experience with regulatory certification processes (FAA or similar)
• Exceptional analytical thinking and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Translate operational requirements into detailed system specifications for vision-based perception systems
• Bridge perception algorithms with flight control and autonomy stack
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation meeting aviation certification standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate perception system architectures
• Lead technical reviews to ensure system performance, safety, and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement in developing and certifying perception systems for autonomous flight
