Sr. Signal Integrity / Power Integrity Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a senior SI/PI Engineer to play a key role in the definition, design, and validation of AWS next-generation machine learning ASICs within the Amazon Web Services hardware team.

Requirements

• B.S. in EE
• 5+ years of experience using time domain and frequency domain tools: Hspice, Sigrity, HFSS, or Microwave Studio
• 5+ years of experience with PCB, Package, interposers (COWOS), and Silicon Technologies
• 5+ years of experience in Transmission line theory and Electromagnetics and its application in SerDes, Single-ended signal, and parallel bus interfaces

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and execution of all SI related topics for AWS machine learning ASICs
• Create and customize platforms that fit within AWS datacenter's technology
• Collaborate with the hardware team on design and validation activities
