Job Description

AWS is seeking an innovative engineer to architect and build a private pricing deal management platform to support Amazon's scale using native AWS technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and fault-tolerant platform components for full-stack applications
• Collaborate with UX design and product teams
• Propose innovative tools, frameworks, and processes
• Write high-quality, maintainable code
• Optimize client or server systems for performance and scalability
• Mentor team members
