Support Engineer, Fulfillment Optimization

Job Description

Amazon.com is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to join a Fulfillment Optimization team that helps to deliver packages faster and cheaper to customers worldwide.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot documented issues and determine root cause
• Manage trouble tickets through to resolution or escalation
• Participate in automating tasks to increase efficiencies
• Dive deeply into technical details and diagnose issues with Amazon technology products
• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
