Job Description

Amazon Web Services is seeking top industry technical experts to expand Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) to government customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting systems experience
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and hands-on systems engineering
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience programming with modern languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Government agencies
• Build and operate large, complex distributed systems
• Collaborate with a team of highly motivated systems developers and engineers
• Identify ways to improve customer experience through tool enhancements
