Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking Software Development Engineers to work on Linux based networking platforms within a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with Rust, Go, Java and/or C++ languages
• Experience with Linux Kernel and/or forwarding stack

Responsibilities

• Developing state of the art Linux based networking platforms
• Designing and implementing Linux-based solutions on embedded devices
• Ensuring Kernel state and hardware state mirror one another
• Owning packet forwarding in networking devices
• Collaborating with a diverse team to deliver high standards for safety and security
