Senior Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design and Engineering

Job Description

Design high quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems across North America and Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related
• Proficiency using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• Ability to travel 20% globally

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external teams to design fulfillment and distribution systems
• Own multiple projects from concept realization through design approval
• Serve as primary technical contact for suppliers
• Collaborate with Ops Engineering team for project installation and commissioning
