Requirements

• 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions for customer products
• Design, implement, and verify software deliverables using automated testing/delivery frameworks
• Work on platform software for current and new Lab126 products
• Design and implement components and tools to improve performance and stability of Amazon devices
• Experiment with novel technologies to enhance customer experience and address business needs
• Organize and participate in technical sessions, workshops, and presentations
• Mentor junior team members in career growth
