Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices
• Experience building software using Rust

Responsibilities

• Leading design and development of systems for network disruptions self-healing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate telemetry solutions
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of operational excellence
• Participating in critical architectural decisions and defining technical roadmap
