Sr. DFT Design Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Acceleration

Job Description

Join the AWS UC organization to support the development and management of various services in AWS, including generative AI services and other cloud computing offerings.

Requirements

• BS degree in EE, CE, or CS
• 5+ years of practical DFT experience with large processor and/or SoC designs
• Knowledge about industry standard tools and practices in DFT
• Experience with automation script development

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and verify Design for Test (DFT) architectures
• Work with block designers and physical design team to integrate DFT implementations
• Develop high coverage and cost-effective DFT methodologies
• Perform RTL coding and Verification
• Participate in Silicon debug and handle ATE related data
• Communicate and work with team members across multiple disciplines
