Sr. Signal Integrity / Power Integrity Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a senior SI/PI Engineer at Amazon Web Services to play a key role in the design and validation of AWS next generation machine learning ASICs.

Requirements

• B.S. in EE
• 5 + years of experience using time domain and frequency domain tools: Hspice, Sigrity, HFSS, or Microwave Studio
• 5 + years of experience with PCB, Package, interposers (COWOS) and Silicon Technologies
• 5 + years of experience in Transmission line theory and Electromagnetics and its application in SerDes, Single-ended signal and parallel bus interfaces

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and execution of all SI related topics
• Contribute to creating and customizing platforms that fit within AWS datacenter’s technology
• Define, design and validate AWS next generation machine learning ASICs
