Job Description

Amazon Luna is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will work on building mission-critical software used by Amazon customers, troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix software issues, and develop automated monitoring solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing software issues
• Developing automated monitoring and reporting solutions
• Performing software maintenance and tech configurations
• Updating, tracking, and resolving technical challenges
• Supporting team's process improvement initiatives
• Working with subject matter experts to implement automation efforts
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to improve change management
