Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for an innovative self-starter to join their team as a Senior Hardware Engineering Lead with a focus on NAND integration for non-volatile memory devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on NAND characterization and development experience with SSD or other storage systems
• Deep expertise with state-of-the-art of 3D NAND flash memory
• Experience in large scale data center operation excellence

Responsibilities

• Define NAND specifications and roadmap for Nitro SSDs
• Lead integration of NAND technology with Nitro SSDs across multiple platforms
• Develop strategies to improve SSD performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Oversee health, performance, and reliability of a global fleet of SSDs
