System Development Engineer, CE Tech

Job Description

Consumer Electronics Technology (CE Tech) is hiring System Development Engineers (SysDE) to innovate and develop scalable systems and services for electronics shopping platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performing systems and services
• Lead engineering excellence initiatives across multiple engineering teams
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving multiple systems and teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams, share knowledge, and provide mentorship
• Stay up-to-date on latest technologies and industry trends
• Administer, monitor, and generate system health and performance reporting
