Job Description

The AWS Hardware Engineering team creates server designs for Amazon’s innovative cloud services, focusing on frugality and operational excellence, critical to the success of AWS business and millions of customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware
• 3+ years of programming with at least one hardware description language experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programmable logic development for servers in data centers
• Design, implement, verify, and validate new features and capabilities
• Operational monitoring, debug, and support to improve fleet health
• Grow and develop junior team members
• Contribute to team growth to improve efficiency and quality
