Job Description

Amazon is looking for a Software Development Engineer to join the Route Planning team in Last Mile, tasked with solving complex logistics problems and optimizing vehicle routing for fast delivery to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Create globally optimal route plans for parcel delivery strategies
• Work on optimization, routing algorithms, and building tools for operators
• Collaborate with research scientists, senior engineers, and product managers
