Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for a Network Deploy Technician to join their team responsible for managing and supporting their vast network infrastructure.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ year of experience in technical roles such as Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations, or Technical Project Management

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows
• Collaborating with stakeholders to remove project obstacles
• Troubleshooting networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
