Job Description

Join Amazon's Data Center Engineering Operations team to work in some of the most sophisticated and secure data centers in the world.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Technical (Military/Trade School) training or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning within SLA
• Perform PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of equipment
• Support change management program with technical writing
• Manage daily work requests and execute projects
• Provide on-site support to contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Work in shifts up to 12 hours and may have on-call rotations
