Sr. Hardware Development Engineer/Signal Integrity, AWS Board Core Design and Services Team

Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services team is looking for talented individuals to work on the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, focusing on digital circuit board design and signal integrity.

Requirements

• BS Electrical/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in embedded ARM, FPGA, and CPLD applications
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with high-speed PCB design
• Strong proficiency in PCB design tools (Allegro, CAM350, or equivalent)
• Experience in high-speed interface design (DDR, PCIe, USB, etc.)
• Experience in board root cause analysis and resolution
• Experience with flash, I2C, SPI, UART, and ethernet interfaces

Responsibilities

• Own next-generation server components with a focus on digital circuit board design and signal integrity
• Interact with an interdisciplinary team of engineers for design, development, validation, and launch at large scale
