Cluster Project Design Mechanical Engineer, Fleet Remediation Engineering

Job Description

As an Amazon Fleet Remediation Project Design Mechanical Engineer, you will lead design projects in operational data centers to remediate issues, upgrade infrastructure, or add new services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ cumulative years of design experience with industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities including data centers, power generation, oil / gas facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions.
• Perform design and equipment submittal review for Data Centers in your region.
• Interface with internal and external data center design engineering team.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for new remediation projects.
• Support construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover.
