Sr. Software Engineer (ML), AGI Customization

Job Description

The Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team is seeking a Sr. ML Engineer with a strong machine learning background to develop novel LLM training techniques and optimizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility
• Process data, scale machine learning models, and optimize with Applied scientists
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software
