Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and implement greenfield real-time systems
• Advocate team processes using software development best practices
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews
• Optimize client/server systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability
