Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering Lead to define NAND specifications and roadmap for Nitro SSDs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on NAND characterization and development experience with SSD or other storage systems

Responsibilities

• Defining NAND specifications and roadmap for Nitro SSDs
• Leading the integration of NAND technology with Nitro SSDs
• Developing strategies to improve SSD performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Overseeing the health, performance, and reliability of a global fleet of SSDs
• Collaborating with cross-functional external partners to deliver advanced storage solutions
