Job Description

Data Center Technician position at Amazon Web Services (AWS) responsible for infrastructure design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix, troubleshooting network issues, and responding to operational incidents
• Serving as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in scheduled maintenance and change management activities
• Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives
• Training and onboarding new team members
