Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is seeking a passionate technical program manager to lead prototype engagements for new technology deployments within AWS data centers globally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a Data Center or Networking environment
• Fundamental understanding of Data Center IT Infrastructure
• Experience working with or managing technical portfolios, programs or projects

Responsibilities

• Write effective project charters based on business requirements for medium to large scale projects
• Define requirements and processes with stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects
• Provide program progress reporting regularly
• End-to-end responsibility for the program's execution and success
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously
• Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions
• Keep the customer experience as the primary focus
