Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or relevant experience
• 5+ years experience in data centers or critical infrastructure with an emphasis on building and equipment operation
• 3+ years experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure
• Manage teams of engineering technicians and prioritize tasks
• Manage operations budget and expenditures
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them to completion
• Coordinate with third party vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audience
• Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues
• Ensure safety procedures are followed while performing work
• Test quality, performance, safety, and reliability of products and processes
