Requirements

• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
• 10+ years of fleet maintenance experience specifically with trailer maintenance

Responsibilities

• Identify top contributors of assigned asset downtime and develop programs to mitigate
• Drive program objectives, provide program management and define project plans
• Write whitepapers, develop metrics, and create reporting suite for program management
• Serve as SME for responsible asset, drive resolution of critical asset issues, and define key performance indicators
