Senior ADC Windows Client Engineer, Region Services Operations (RSO) - VECTOR Team

Job Description

The role involves overseeing deployment, configuration, and management of core ADC services in AWS, with a focus on Windows desktop services and security solutions for U.S. Government cloud services.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP certification
• Eight (8+) years supporting Windows family of operating systems
• 3+ years' experience in automation/scripting in the Windows environment using PowerShell
• Defined knowledge of networking basic skills and troubleshooting
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Adapt and improve operations management systems and processes
• Drive expedient resolution and root cause analysis for critical issues
• Mentor and develop a team of Operational Engineers
• Lead the development and delivery of system health monitoring and automation tools
• Innovate and drive improvements in monitoring and visualization of system health
