Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for a talented individual to join their Hardware Engineering team as a Server Power Delivery Design Engineer. This individual will play a crucial role in owning the power delivery design for entire servers, working on power components used in AWS servers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in server power system design
• 7+ years of experience with analog power electronics, power supply circuitry, and circuit protection
• 7+ years of experience in developing power component functional specifications, design verification plans, root cause analysis, and resolution

Responsibilities

• Own the server power delivery design
• Own the product Operation, AFR and Unsellable
• Drive the power design quality
• Drive the new gen power architecture
