Job Description

The Amazon Devices team is seeking a talented Embedded Software Engineer to work on cutting-edge products like Kindle, Fire tablets, and Amazon Echo.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience in programming with at least one software language
• Experience leading design or architecture of systems
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system architecture and development of new features for embedded systems
• Investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative system solutions
• Participate in design reviews, API development, and documentation
• Share best practices and influence teams for software reuse
