Job Description

The Data Engineer position at Amazon's Project Kuiper involves analyzing and implementing controls for the Kuiper broadband network, focusing on delivering fast, reliable internet to various customers and organizations globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
• Experience with SQL
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
• Hands-on experience with reference model platforms like QuickSight, Tableau, Databricks, AWS Glue Catalog, and Palantir

Responsibilities

• Implementing machine learning algorithms and generative artificial intelligence
• Applying advanced statistical models and predictive analytics
• Discussing and explaining complex ML and AI concepts to executive leadership
