Job Description

Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) at Amazon is responsible for creating, securing, and maintaining advanced technical infrastructure and devices across Amazon's diverse landscape.

Requirements

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience building services using AWS products

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams working on the ServiceNow platform
• Designing and delivering technology solutions to solve complex business problems
• Identifying and resolving architectural deficiencies and system limitations
• Autonomously working while seeking guidance when needed
• Considering scalability and evolution of systems over time
• Building pragmatic, efficient, and cost-effective solutions
• Thoroughly testing work and documenting solutions
