Senior Software Dev Engineer, Product Quality Tech

Job Description

Protect customers from unsafe, counterfeit, and damaged products on Amazon by evolving systems to recognize and prevent such products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
• Working experience with launching ML and LLM solutions and collaborating with ML scientists preferred

Responsibilities

• Work on a multi-tenant Large Language Model (LLM) application infrastructure to provide generative AI capabilities
• Evaluate millions of sellers and billions of listings to improve product recognition and customer trust
• Continuously enhance systems to prevent negative impact on good sellers
• Provide tools for internal and external customers to track enforcement actions and improve model accuracy
