Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking talented individuals to join their team responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure. The team works on challenging problems to ensure continual access to innovation and is committed to sustainability and reducing carbon footprint.

Requirements

• 4+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
• Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling

Responsibilities

• Developing large scale reporting tools, analytics, and supporting analytic/reporting data infrastructure for clients in energy, renewable resources, sustainability, and water sectors
• Building high visibility tools used by project managers, data/sustainability scientists, analysts, and the AWS leadership team to make data-driven business decisions
• Developing solutions for renewable energy portfolio and reducing carbon footprint of materials in data centers
