Facility Operations Center Engineer, ADC InfraOps FOC

Job Description

Amazon is seeking an individual to support the Facility Operations Center within the Data Center Infrastructure Operations organization, ensuring optimal customer experience through monitoring and maintaining the data center's physical infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical support experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience documenting technical customer issues and 1+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Responsibilities

• Properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
• Perform change management tasks
• Create and issue tickets
• Follow verbal and written directions
• Ensure overall availability and reliability to meet defined service levels
